Product Support Trainee

• Versatile tasks related to iLOQ's support pages, including documentation, creating support videos, building and maintaining a chatbot, and monitoring support channels. We are looking for an engineering student or a student from a related field with good documentation skills.

Buyer Trainee & Supply Chain Thesis Work

We are looking for both a thesis writer and a summer trainee.

Master's Thesis Topic: Enhancing Purchasing Data Quality with AI to Support Order Confirmations and Reduce Inventory Levels.
(key words: supply chain, purchasing, data automation, AI, purchasing data quality)

Buyer Trainee:

• Tasks: execute demand and supply plans, purchase materials based on iLOQ volumes and R&D project needs, manage inventory levels in your area of responsibility & collaborate with suppliers.
• We are looking for a motivated student or young supply chain professional with at least two years of Bachelor’s degree studies in industrial engineering, business, or a related field. You have passion for working in a supply chain environment, adaptability to working with IT systems (ERP), and open-mindedness and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of global supply networks, and preferably some experience in this area, is considered a plus.

IT Trainee

• Tasks include inventory of IT warehouse and fixed assets, IT network mapping tasks, maintenance of AV technology in meeting rooms, software installations and end-user support & system modifications and small development projects.
