What you’ll do
As our Marketing Director, you’ll be leading iLOQ's marketing team to drive our business goals and group strategy globally:
- Create and own the marketing strategy and execution
- Strengthen and develop our brand identity and market position (brand execution, IPR and trademark management, corporate events, culture)
- Own the global marketing including budgetary aspects and maximize ROI of marketing investments
- Lead the work of the marketing team in alignment with our value-based leadership principles
- Strengthen iLOQ's thought-leader market position and create influential marketing through a multichannel and vertical approach utilizing modern technologies, platforms, Ai and tools
- Capitalize on the commercial value and activities of iLOQ's partnerships
- Develop content and social-media strategies, plan and execute performance of content-marketing activities to ensure the maximum number of inbound leads and to make sure our digital presence stays consistently at the right level
- Develop iLOQ's digital-driven customer and channel-partner experiences, ways of working and systems to maintain the highest NPS in the field of business
- Collaborate with the global sales, regional marketing, product management and vertical marketing to plan, recommend and oversee the implementation of marketing activities and global product launches.
What you’ll bring
As our Marketing Director, you’ll get to work in B2B marketing with the following requirements:
- Relevant Masters' degree
- Minimum five years of experience of developing marketing and brand development
- Track record of creating a strong and international brand
- Experience in successfully leading a team of professionals
- Experience of digital marketing strategies, channels, contents, platforms in global implementation
- Experience of building ultimate customer and channel-partner experiences utilizing modern technology and tools
- Experience in the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and product launches across modern channels.

You are data-driven and understand analytics and how to build a growth engine. You are also proactive and sufficiently hands on, but able to think strategically and are future oriented.
