This is a unique opportunity to join an award-winning, fast-growing technology company as Segment Go-To-Market Manager for Built Environment. You’ll be part of a passionate and recognized team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. The role is based in Europe, offering flexibility in location.
What you’ll do
As a Go-To-Market Manager, you will be the strategic orchestrator of iLOQ’s Built Environment segments, ensuring that all departments—sales, product, R&D, marketing, and customer success—are aligned and equipped to deliver winning solutions to market.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Built Environment segments such as Residential, Student Living, Public Buildings, and Commercial.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable plans: synthesize vertical trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights into segment strategy.
- Champion customer-centric innovation: ensure customer feedback and segment-specific needs are embedded in product development and GTM planning.
- Drive cross-functional alignment: collaborate with sales, product management, and R&D to define offering, pricing, and positioning across hardware, software, and integrations.
- Develop segment-specific value propositions and selling narratives tailored to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer roles.
- Enable successful product launches: coordinate launch readiness across global and regional teams, ensuring sales enablement and ramp-up success.
- Own segment enablement: guide the creation of content, tools, and training that empower internal and external stakeholders to succeed in the Built Environment market.
- Act as the GTM lead for the segment, ensuring visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement across all touchpoints.
- Measure impact: track GTM effectiveness, segment growth, and feedback loops to refine strategy and execution.
What you’ll bring
We believe the ideal candidate will have:
- A commercial or technical degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.)
- 5+ years of experience in go-to-market, sales, product marketing, or commercial strategy roles
- Experience in access management systems or digital locking solutions
- Strong understanding of partner/channel models and customer journeys in Built Environment applications
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across departments
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Ability to translate data and insights into compelling GTM plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Willingness to travel as needed
