This is a unique opportunity to join an award-winning, fast-growing technology company as Segment Marketing Manager for Built Environment. You’ll be part of a passionate and recognized team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. The role is based in Europe, offering flexibility in location.
What you’ll do:
Your key responsibilities and expected deliverables include:
- Go-to-market and commercial business planning for Built Environment business area and its target segments such as Residential, Student Living, Public buildings and Commercials.
- Produce market and vertical trends, competition analysis, opportunities and risks.
- Ensure Built Environment customer`s requests and feedback are addressed at iLOQ in segment planning, new innovations development and new go-to-markets.
- Drive together with sales, product management and R&D Built Environment offering development, product mix and pricing and market position including HW, SW and integrations to selected use cases, segments and geographical regions.
- Conduct value propositions, customer benefits and journeys and the main selling points to different roles and ICPs (Ideal Customer Profile).
- Key contributor to execute Built Environment product launches and introductions together with sales, global and regional marketing and product management to ensure successful sales ramp up.
- Guide Built Environment marketing content, collateral and material development and promotion together with marketing team.
- Communicate and train internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a marketing lead in Built Environment segment and business.
- Measure and report progress and ensure continuous growth development.
- Strong marketing and sales support with region, countries and product management.
What you’ll bring:
We believe that the best match for the role has following qualifications:
- Commercial or technical degree, B.Sc. / M.S
- At least 5 years sales and marketing experience
- Experience in access management systems and modern digital locking solutions
- Good understanding of sales and partner channel approach and models to markets
- Good understanding of customer experience and customer journeys in key Built Environment segments and applications
- Strong technical knowledge of platforms, digital tools and collaboration methods
- Strong doer and executor, not delegator
- Strong customer-oriented thinking to drive sales and growth
- Marketing is part of your DNA and you know how to capitalize value of it in Built Environment segments and build leading segment position
- Ability to make decisions and lead teams towards achieving business goals
- Ability to validate and prioritize business needs with other colleagues and steer the needs to development roadmap
- Ability to motivate and lead global, cross-functional teamwork and execute
- Ability to launch a new offering to the market, train sales and ensure successful sales ramp up
- Communication and presentation skills in English
- Ability to travel as required.
