The Regional Marketing Manager for North America will lead the localization and execution of ILOQ’s global marketing strategy across the U.S. and Canada. This role is pivotal in driving regional growth, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting sales through tailored campaigns, partner enablement, and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in B2B marketing, digital tools, and regional market dynamics. Your location can be flexible within the United States.
What you’ll do
Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement a regional roadmap of growth activities (online and onsite), including country-specific initiatives
- Own the regional content strategy and distribution model, ensuring alignment with global brand standards
- Localize and optimize global marketing and communication initiatives, including automation programs and paid media
Campaigns & Content:
- Plan, execute, and optimize targeted campaigns across core segments (e.g., critical infrastructure, residential, education, commercial real estate)
- Create reference cases (videos, interviews, web content) to showcase success stories and drive credibility
- Manage monthly newsletters and localized content for technical and sales
Digital & CRM Integration:
- Act as a MS Dynamics key user for the region; manage lead generation and nurture
- Support CRM integration and ensure data quality between marketing and sales systems
Partner & Sales Enablement:
- Add content to the Partner Portal
- Organize trade shows, webinars, and training sessions for partners and sales teams
- Collaborate with sales to create localized sales presentations and pricing tools
SEO & Media:
- Lead local SEO strategy, keyword optimization, and industry terminology tracking
- Manage LinkedIn advertising and paid media strategies tailored to regional audiences
Brand Stewardship:
- Serve as the local brand ambassador, ensuring all actions align with ILOQ’s global brand approach
- Act as subject matter expert for regional brand efforts and strategic partnerships
What you’ll bring
We believe that the ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in high-tech or access control industries
- Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Proficiency in using major digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Google
- Proven ability to localize global strategies and drive regional execution
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
