We are now looking to fill the role of Engineering Change Manager  to drive end to end Engineering Change Management (ECM) in the maintenance phase to secure product quality, manufacturability and efficient, well governed releases across iLOQ’s supply network. In this role, you will be playing a central role in strengthening change & quality management during the volume production phase. Convenient location for the job is Oulu, Finland.

What you'll do

• Own the maintenance hardware release roadmap for defined product families and ensure transparent portfolio/roadmap visibility.
• Facilitate the change funnel (triage/decision meetings) and lead execution of approved ECOs/ECNs covering mechanics, electronics, firmware, tester sequences and documentation.
• Plan, coordinate and follow up implementation across impacted sites/partners (EMS, delivery centers, internal teams) and ensure all actions are completed by the due dates.
• Lead selected maintenance phase development projects and provide timely status, risk and impact reporting.
• Apply strong ECM workflow & product lifecycle knowhow to assess feasibility, risk and cost/benefit; ensure strategic alignment with R&D/Product Management/Supply Chain.
• Manage production documentation and system setups required by changes (PLM/ERP/test/doc).
• Collaborate seamlessly across Supply Chain, R&D, Product Management and EMS partners.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related, and 5+ years previous work experience in engineering or operations technical support
• Understanding of mechanics, electronics, firmware, tester sequences
• Proven experience in cross functional project leadership and change portfolio management.
• Excellent English language skills
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to lead teams and uphold timelines
• Familiarity with tools supporting Change Management (ECM/PLM/ERP/test systems).
