ILOQ Sales Manager | Västra Götaland
As iLOQ continues to grow, we are now looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Swedish sales team. Your main responsibility will be to generate sales through independent activities targeting end customers and to help our dealers, iLOQ Partners, grow together with iLOQ. Your area of responsibility and focus will be Västra Götaland and surrounding region, but you will naturally be part of the team, so it is extremely important that you are a team player.
Your focus and relationships will be concentrated in and around the largest cities and growth areas in the region, and it would be advantageous for you to live centrally in your region.
As iLOQ Sales Manager, your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
Developing and growing awareness and use of iLOQ solutions.
Build a sales and project pipeline by registering in the iLOQ CRM system.
Build relationships and networks with potential iLOQ customers by presenting our unique opportunities.
Outbound sales and cold calling are a big part of your working day, so to be successful you need to be able to generate business and spot opportunities. It is very important that you work independently and in a structured manner. You will be responsible for maintaining, growing, nurturing and developing existing dealer networks in your region.
Present new products, solutions and services to our mutual customers by working purposefully with decision-makers. You can be the link between the end customer and the dealer. You can communicate across organisations and understand how to navigate at both management and technical staff level.
We create the market for our iLOQ products, we support and train dealers, our iLOQ partners, so that they are able to help all end customers with really good installations.
You, your dealers and iLOQ all want 100% satisfied users of our solutions, and it is also your responsibility to ensure that this is the case.
You must actively develop your own iLOQ partner network and contribute through training and support when needed. You and your dealers participate proactively in marketing iLOQ products and solutions by promoting iLOQ at relevant trade fairs, events and via social media.

You have a degree in a relevant field
Previous experience in technical sales or systems/technical solutions for relevant customer segments (B-to-B) with a proven track record of sales results
Technical knowledge of ADK and locking systems is an advantage
Ability to develop long-term customer relationships
Good communication skills, fluent Swedish and a good level of English
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit
Eager to achieve results
Clean criminal record, driving licence
Good IT skills
