If you want to be a part of the revolution in the locking industry, then you should join our team as a Sourcing Manager. This position is located at our HQ in Oulu, Finland.

What you'll do

In your role, you will manage and drive cost, quality, and availability for your combined mechanics and electromechanics category (including DC motors). Your responsibilities include, for example, creating and maintaining the category strategy, developing cost‑effective and scalable supply solutions, second‑sourcing where needed, and leading supplier cooperation. You will work in the Sourcing team, closely with other Supply Chain teams, and in cooperation with R&D to participate in product development. You will identify and qualify the best suppliers, negotiate agreements, and develop approaches that enable iLOQ’s growth. You will also develop processes and practices in your area of responsibility.

What you'll bring

We believe that an ideal candidate for this role has:

• 3+ years of relevant sourcing/category experience

• Relevant technical/engineering education (e.g., mechanics, materials, production)

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and a TCO/should‑cost mindset

• Strategic thinking and a category‑owner perspective

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑moving environment

• Great communication and negotiation skills in English

• Technically oriented mindset and ability to collaborate closely with R&D

• Familiarity with technologies such as die casting, stamping/forming, and DC motors

• Capability to travel and to work both independently and as a part of a team
