The Distribution Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for building and scaling iLOQ’s distribution channel across North America. You will own the development of a sell-through model that drives revenue via distributors and act as a critical bridge between iLOQ, distributors, and downstream partners.
This is a hands-on, impactful role where you directly shape how iLOQ grows through distribution in the North American market.
What you'll do
In this role you will:
Design and implement a scalable, structured distribution program for North America
Own and develop a sell-through model that drives measurable, distributor-led revenue
Manage key distributor relationships and ensure revenue accountability
Enable sell-through by:
Delivering distributor and partner training
Leading joint sales calls and field engagement
Conducting counter days, ride-alongs, and site visits
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using BANT principles
Track and analyze KPIs such as:
Revenue performance
Partner activity
Training completion and enablement
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to support channel success.
What you'll bring
5–10+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or partner management
Background in door hardware, access control, or the security industry
Proven success in building revenue models driven by distribution and sell-through
Experience working with national distributors
Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and analytical skills
Willingness and ability to travel as needed across North America.
