To strengthen our organization, we are now seeking an AI Manager, CRO & Sales to join our team in Espoo, Finland.
What you'll do
As AI Manager, CRO & Sales, your mission is to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and predictability by embedding AI into sales, marketing, and revenue operations processes. You will play a key role in transforming how data, automation, and AI are used across our commercial organization.
In this role you will:
Design and deploy AI use cases across pipeline management, forecasting, funnel optimization, lead management, and sales productivity
Improve data quality, enrichment, and governance across CRM and revenue operations systems
Automate reporting, dashboards, and sales insights
Standardize and scale revenue operations processes across the commercial organization
Implement AI-powered solutions for lead scoring and prioritization, opportunity insights, deal intelligence, sales content creation, and workflow automation
Improve seller efficiency and increase time spent selling versus administrative work
Support frontline sales teams in adopting AI copilots and AI-powered workflows
Build forecasting models that improve forecast accuracy and revenue visibility
Identify pipeline gaps, risks, and conversion bottlenecks through AI-driven insights
Enable real-time visibility into revenue performance
Improve lead quality across inbound and outbound channels using AI
Optimize campaign targeting, customer segmentation, and conversion rates
Align sales, marketing, and customer success data and AI models
Own the AI layer across CRM, marketing automation, and business intelligence platforms
Evaluate and deploy AI tools, vendors, and models while ensuring scalable architecture and integrations
Drive AI adoption across global sales and marketing teams through training and change management
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Develop and maintain the customer data foundation, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), account scoring models, and segment dashboards to support go-to-market execution.
What you'll bring
We expect you to have:
Relevant degree (Bachelor or Master)
Experience in implementing AI solutions within sales, revenue operations, or commercial environments
Strong understanding of sales processes, CRO functions, and revenue operations frameworks
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent systems
Understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML fundamentals
Ability to translate business needs into practical and scalable AI use cases
Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, customer success, and IT/data teams
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across the organization
Familiarity with data modeling and data pipelines
Familiarity with AI tools, including predictive analytics, copilots, and large language model (LLM) applications
Ability to evaluate the return on investment of AI initiatives
Strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem-solving
Fluent English communication skills
